JD 4400 brush guard

I bought a brush guard from my JD dealer today,(JD 4400)I was wondering what the going price is for one of these from the other JD dealers,also there are some pre-made holes through cross pieces that are in front of the radiator,what are these holes for?It looks to me like these were made to install or attatch something maybe?I hope I am clear about what I am saying.ThanksHillbilly
